Peugeot 1905 BEBE

Hi All
Today I am starting a new build of the Peugeot 1905 BEBE.
I can not remember were I got it from but found the original kit between some other paper model kits thats been in storage for a while.
I scanned the original and and had to do a bit of touching up here and there.
The part sheets is 9 pages which I printed on 120g cardstock.
The instructions is 1 page and is clear and makes sense for me anyway.
There is 202 pieces all together.
This time I will upload all pics untill it is finished.
PS: Go to the architectural forum and see the finished model of the kellogg plant I was building.

Thanks. You know, you can always add a link to where you want to direct people. Use the link symbol above the area where you create a message. Like this:

The Kellogg plant I was building.

You can link to a specific post by copying the url of the "permalink" symbol on each message, or a thread by copying the url of the thread.

Hi Guys
Just a quick update.
I found one small problem when connecting the front suspension and two halfs if the frame.
In the front suspension there are two recesses were the two frame halfs must go in to but if you put them in they are to close together and then the "tub" do not fit in the frames. All I did is to cut it out a bit deeper and then the frames fit nicely.
When adding the tub the two front marks on the frame do not line up were the tub is suppose to go. Just recolor it and mount the tub.
When mounting the tub use the back mounting spot or the driveshaft
won't fit.

Seeing how Alcan models are no longer available, and out of print, I wouldn't have cut up the original either. They are all over the net and I wonder if that piracy isn't a factor that lead to their downfall. Sink or Swim in this business. I think you have to constantly come out with models because they get pirated. There is no way without someone showing the original model if you know if it is a scan or not because some of the scans are incredible, just do a Google search and you will see what I mean. I wonder what they deal is with that anyways. A company goes out of business. Someone must still hold the rights, you would think, but not necessarily so.

Hi Guys
I finished building the two frames.front suspension, tub and driveshaft.
I am thinking of adding the rivets on the tub and driveshaft to add that 3D look.
post pictures as soon as possible because for some reason I am unable to upload any pics.

I built the Alcan Ford pickup truck years ago, and it was a quick and fun build. The glossy printing made the model stand out, even though it was a simple kit.

Hi All
I have started building the body and found one snag.
The floor pan base is very thin even when prited on 120g card stock and there is no glue tabs along the side only front and back.
I laminated the floor pan to 1.5mm card stock and butt jointed the body to the body.
Will post pics as soon as possible seeing that I hurt by right hand and building is off for at least 1 week.
