Hey all. Here are pics of my first build of this model. I realized after I took these that the side mirrors are missing. I think they got thrown away :( Oh well. Next time.

By the way, I can't see the pictures in your post - I don't know if others have this problem too? I had to copy the links from the page source and delete the &d=1 part at the end of the links, that solved it.

Apparently they will display on my computer as long as I'm logged into my Google account (where the pictures are saved). Since I'm always logged in I didn't notice the problem. When I logged out, I couldn't see them either! Thanks for pointing that out imcold

Absolutely AWESOME thread! I love the series even the new one they made but never kept up. Great models and info and terrific builds!

ProjectKitt: I can see them now just fine. By the way, I thought about the wheel wells too, or rather about using an undercarriage like this:

I will try it on the next build, hopefully soon :D
