Hmm. Paint it pink and put a bubble top on it and it looks vaguely familiar...

And it's the right year to have provided inspiration too.

Thumbs up

Thank you Mbed2010 my friend.
I'm certain the Seattle-ITE XXI will be a fine model to have in my collection of concept cars.

As to the resemblance to that well-known iconic pink Rolls Royce, I'd hazard a guess that it was directly inspired by the Ford Seattle-ITE XXI concept car.

The Ford vehicle of the film remake simply arose because, Rolls Royce, sensing (rightly) the film the vehicle starred in was going to be a flop, refused permission to use the RR radiator or logo, leaving Ford UK to design the vehicle that appeared in the movie. The vehicle is, ironically, roadworthy, though its' Ford USA 1962 ancestor was not.

Kind and Respectful Regards my friends, Uyraell.

Nooooooo !!! If you paint it Pink it will forever get lined up with the Thunderbird Puppets like those in my last post.

A nice bright red one will do nicely.

Johnny.

I vote for red too. That pink monstrosity in the live T-birds movie was an affront to both FAB-1 and the Ford Thunderbird

I vote for Red also, Mbed2010 my friend.
The card I have shows the Seattle-ITE XXI in Galaxy Blue, but I'm more than happy with red, as I prefer it on some models, this being one of them.

Pink would be an affront to the senses, aesthetics, and good taste.

Kind and Respectful Regards my friends, Uyraell.
