I am not sure how this is supposed to go together. The "lid" (gray square with blue sides) is too small for the top of the box, so I assume I have it wrong.

the gray and blue square folds into the top of the pot, and the flower and leaves attach to that, like a false bottom

Looking at the pdf I would have assumed it to be a lid too, but if it doesn't fit, Rick's answer would appear to be it.
And I agree that to look more natural the leaves and petals should have some curvature stroked into them. A little bit of 3D could be burnished into the veins from the back too. While you're at it, how about a reverse print as well, so you can double side them, and maybe some beads for the berries? Sorry mate, it's just the way my mind works. It may be a simple, almost toy like design, but my thoughts are always "OK, now what can I do to embellish this and make it mine?"
