Once again, lets clarify...you downloaded and built the model.
You did not "make"(Design) it.

Kudos to you for supplying a direct link to download the model from the original owner/author (on your youtube page)!

I always supply a direct link to download the model from original owner. You can check everywhere.
Huge respect to you. I don't know how to edit the description in forum else I will edit as you said.

Priya, nice job. Thanks for the link. I know that I (and I'm sure others) knew what you meant by saying "you made it".

The Kings English!

Priya, I make models too and I made one the other day - there is nothing wrong with your use of the word "made". I use it in that sense all the time and so do most English speakers.

E.g. I made a cake (doesn't mean I designed the recipe myself).

Technically, made is a verb, and the past and past participle of make.

Make
is a verb as well and is defined as "to form (something) by putting parts together or combining substances; create. E.g. "my grandmother made a dress for me".

Similar: construct, build, assemble, put together, manufacture, produce"

Carry on using "made" in the sense you do - it's not wrong in terms of formal usage or in terms of British English or Indian English usage (the latter is very close to British English as taught)!
