Staliniec S-60 (Сталинец-60) Orlik, 3/2019
Hello.
The model is finished - it took me 9.5 months of hard work to build it. It is one of the best designed models I've ever made. I can only be picky to a few assembly drawings, but the whole thing is awesome. It was so good that I didn't look to other sources in search for pictures of details. Tracks are laser cut, which doesn't mean it was easy. They were difficult because each track is 15 elements plus 4 screws. For the first time I've used AK pigments - in this case Track Rust - the effect is brilliant. The model was completely painted with a brush. In addition to the cardboard, I also used: wires, guitar strings, cotton buds, moisture absorbers, toothpicks. And now, the final gallery:

Just amazing!
Congratulations on a simply awesome build. Now you just need a suitable artillery piece for your S-60 to tow. Modelik publish a 1:25 203mm B-4 howitzer model and GPM a 1:25 152mm ML-20 howitzer. There's photo evidence of S-60s towing these guns. Regards, Charlie
