Nice craftwork with your Lotus.
Also, the addition of the human figures is very creative. Mike |

Great build and you were bold enough to change the colour of the car from the 'box art'. The 3d printed figures have come out well too, did you use a resin printer to get them so smooth?

Thanks guys!
Siwi, The girl sitting in the car is not printed by me. This is a figure produced by Master Box. For the rest of the figures, I used an FDM printer, the only one I have (Creality Ender 3 V2). I use Cura from Ultimaker as a slicer. Four quality profiles (layer height) are defined there: Super Quality 0.12mm, Dynamic Quality 0.16mm, Standard Quality 0.20mm and Low Quality 0.28mm. For a long time I thought that these were the only ones available, but I read on Reddit that one guy used 0.04mm and it worked. I read more and it turned out that the base resolution of the Z axis is 0.04mm (full step) and theoretically even 0.0025mm (when we use 1/16 step). The latter, however, is only in theory, because the torque is too low and it could cause problems. I used 0.04mm and the effect was actually much better than 0.12mm. Unfortunately, printing takes much longer, but it is worth it.
