...you spend more time modeling paper than spending time with family friends who are not on the same planet as you.

Your stuck in the hospital and convince your girlfriend to smuggle in you Xato knife w/ extra blades, CA Glue, ruler, extra cardstock, several models , a 14" CF rod and a 12"x18" cutting Matt.
Yes I did that 5 days ago and I'm just getting home now >.<

Dear List Folks:
You check a cookbook out of the library on bread baking, it sugests using an exacto blade to score the bread dough during raising process.
Yes I did, used my papermodeling #11 blade and handle, did clean it first then cleaned it after the bread and went back to paper model while the bread baked.
Grin,
MILES

Erick J, you just reminded me I have been to the Aaron's Art Mart dumpster diving lately. Always come up with something useful.

if you learned how to make glue using common kitchen ingredients so you never have to worry about running out...

Now if only that worked for printer ink too.

This should be posted in Tips and techniques

I've seen lot in this thread where I have nodded my head and said been there done that and have the T-shirt. However I have to say dumpster diving for my hobby has never entered my mind. Now I off to search my Iphone for the location of the nearest Aaron's Art Mart.
