Here's something those youngsters can NEVER have - I was a teenage lad in England in the 60's when mini-skirts came in for the very first time. Wow, but THAT was a great time to be a 15-year-old boy! Nowadays, of course, ANYTHING goes, nothing is new and kids have already "seen it all", so there's not the same excitement to be had while walking along a busy street!
If this sounds a bit rambling and odd, all I can say is ... you're under fifty.

Wow. A bunch of guys in mid-life whining about how good us Y-gen kids and the Post-echo and Z-generation kids have it.

Really, I pity the damned Post-echo kids and Z-ers. Sure, I was only born in '94, but I still did see the end of the century and the equitable collapse of all things sacred. Now, gangsters are only frowned upon by old, white people, "music" consists of some whore or black guy rapping or repeating the same damn word over and over about sex, kids all wear their pants at their knees, think grinding someone is dancing, and that if you can shake your car to pieces with a stereo system, you're cool.

Basically, the kids my age and younger are STUPID. God, you'd think at least one could think.

Whilst I may be less than half all of your ages, I really wish I didn't have to be in the same generation as these morons. You're judged by the company you keep, but come on. It's not fair.

On a related note, Papercraft was around in a form in all of your time, so...

now how old are you (schizophrennicMC)? I'm fifteen, and I'm a angry teenager, yet I have the patience to build 3d objects out of tiny fiddly pieces of paper

I just said I was born in '94. I'm an angry 15 year old, who's had such patience to be doing this for a few years now.

And I pity my contemporaries, for they are the uncultured swine of society, it seems. I mean, we're the future, right? Some future...

SchizophrenicMC and buffalowings
I must say, I was a little surprised to find out that the two of you are only 15 years old!
Since I have gotten used to chatting with other members 30 and over
it never occurred to me that you could be that young.

...not saying I do or do not agree with your comments about the youth of today,

but I must say I am extremely impressed with your apparent wisdom and intelligence
and how you speak up for yourselves without resorting to bullying or internet ego.
And you spelled all those posts with proper English (yay!)

and proved that a 15 year old of today can outshine many a 50 year old of yesterday.

just so its known...I'd give up all the experiences of the last 50 years
just to make sure I could experience the next 50! ...make the most of it kids!
