It's not a joke. It's just life in Poland :)
This picture was taken two weeks ago by speed camera in vicinity of my city:
A driver in crash helmet (red circle) overspeeded when driving a van (73 vs 50 km/h speed limit). Notice, that his car is completly prepared for painting, with all openings and windows covered with plastic foil and adhesive tape. Police is still looking for this driver and his car - for sure it will be not easy task :D:D:D:D Link to the article: http://www.trojmiasto.pl/wiadomosci/...al-n37218.html

I think the driver is showing excellent initiative and should be an inspiration to us all.

Dear Ladies and Gentlemen:
I'm utterly confused that you are incapable to see the obvious here. Without any great power of deduction, after I observed the photo for 3.45 seconds I immediately saw that this is not just a simple traffic oddity. Please take notice: The driver is hidden behind a what seems to be a motorcycle helmet; The from of the vehicle lacks the protection lid; The three citizens in the back of the photo aren't even aware of such vehicle; And if you watch closely, the wheels aren't really touching the ground. If you use Mr. Croenberg Fantastic Realism Logic when you are looking at this picture you will immediately understand that this vehicle isn't "ours", it's probably a very well camouflaged vehicle from the "others" - whomever they are - in a recon mission. Enough said, pass me the salt, please. |

Good one Strk. As for finding the car/driver, I'd start here:
Kulczyk Tradex beefing up complex in Poznan 2009-11-04 Kulczyk Tradex, an importer of Volkswagen, Audi and Porsche cars, intends to expand its centre on Krancowa Street in Poznan. The task of supervising the investment has been entrusted to the firm Tebodin SAP-Projekt. The investor plans to build to car parks, a security building, communications and technical infrastructure, as well as a manoeuvre area and stockyard for passenger vehices. The project will take six months. |

Moreover, mr. Jan Kulczyk was involved in some spy scandal - he was accused for co-ops with russian intelligence, and some unclear business relations between him and politicians... 746th on Forbes list (2006)
