USS Jacob Bell waterline and full hull 1/250 scale
This is another on going project that I hope to get done soon. It is a 1/250 scale model of the USS Jacob Bell built in 1842 and purchased by the US Government during the Civil War for use as a gun boat. She was only a little over 140 feet in length, smaller the the USS Monitor, and carried two cannon. She had the older style steam engine, not the more popular walking beam. I hope to have both a waterline and full hull model. The parts are going to be quite small and may be a bit of a challenge for the builders.

The crew appear to be clones...and all female clones.
And they're wearing slacks. Very curious.

I could pay them less then men... oh, wait!
They are what I have on file for scale. One day I will get around to making some more appropriate crew!

Nice ship Corey. It's been a few years since I've been on this site. Good to see you're still going strong with the model making!
