Dave, that little bike would fit perfectly on my my bistro scene - do you need any testbuilding support? ;-)

Here's the Huffer with a "quick & dirty" air hose attached -- a bit of shoestring and some scrap paper. I could do a better job on the handles. And I'm only guessing at how long that hose should be--probably not as long as I made it.

Merry Christmas & Happy New Year to everyone!

P.S.: For those of you of other than Christian persuasion, Happy Holidays!

For those of you of the Devout Political Correctness persuasion . . . Phpffft!*

* "Raspberry," "Bronx Cheer," or in technical terms, "a rude noise." It's Christmas; get a grip.

David that looks quite good...the pattern in the shoestring actually makes it look a little like "hose"
...and yes, in some pics, that hose looks quite long.

re: the Vintage Tool Chest
I fixed the outer skin dimensions and cleaned up a couple of lines.
I also upped the scale size of the Casters...they are a little larger than the Tool Chest scale now*.
But at least they will be a little easier to handle and install now.

*I noticed on my Auto Accessories Kit, the Tool Chests all have slightly oversized wheels/casters
and the look is still quite pleasing to the eye.
Kinda like wearing big old boots!

..........................

started work on the G-75 Tug today!
It will be the matching Tug for the AG330 (Blackbird Start Cart)

so, if all goes well, this Kit will be wrapped up soon!

David,
You are correct on the air hose length. They were required to be
long due to the air connection on the aircraft was located
usually in the middle of the aircraft underside. The huffer also
needed to be positioned where the exhaust did not come close
to the aircraft structure. Good job on your builds...Ron

Wuddya know? Norwegian mule-headedness and a willingness to suspend disbelief ca

The "ALMOST BIG NEWS" thread....

thats right! the Airfield Diorama Accessories Kit - Post war is done!
...almost.

haha

I am putting the final touches on my G-75 Tractor (Blackbird Tractor)
so I will post pics when its done.

And I am waiting on one final test build results.

I have also taken an earlier suggestion into consideration and I am adding one or two "Photo pages" to the Kit.
I figured they would make good "build reference".

But...I am missing a couple of model photos,
because I am missing a couple of "test" builds.

I'd like photos of the USAF Blue jeep
and a Trailer Start Cart.

anyone interested?
skills with small parts, small builds...good photo skills...etc?
my usual test build demands?

I can build the blue jeep, but it will probably be a week or so before I can print it.

Everything is done...UPDATE 2

okay, so not everything is done! lol...but its close.

G-75 Tractor is done...looks good
Proto test build actually doesn't show the final tweaks, but you get the idea.

Looks good with the AG330 Start Cart!

a couple more shots...this is a "beefy" Tug,
kinda looks massive against the same scale WW2 Tug!
I guess they just kept making them stronger to pull bigger birds?!
This would definitely move the SR-71.

I think now, I will just hold back the release a little bit...
give me time to build the last two models that I need for photos.

I have to hold off the work on my C-130/AC-130 anyway
(because of my commitment to the PM Calendar)
so the Diorama models will give me something to work on in the evenings.

As I said before, I would like to assemble the Blue Air Force Jeep,
the last Start Cart and maybe redo my Bomb Trailer.

I'm sure there will be another update...to the updated updates!
