Remind me if there were suggestions or requests for P-47s
that I might have forgotten about...?

Once I get this Reynolds/Odom P-47 finished, I will be moving on to the next one.
And the next one I have in the to-do pile is Tallahasse Lassie.

(I might take a break for other projects in there...)

I came across Tallahassee Lassie a few months back, and saved a few photos.
I haven't really researched much about the plane yet, it just caught my attention because of its history
and there is a good assortment of reference photos available.
Still flying today, part of the Flying Heritage Collection.

So, as I said, unless there is something else that was requested (and I forgot about it)
this will be the next P47:

Dave,

One more bit of info. Someone on HS said the lettering under the logo on the A-26 reads:
LEAR ELECTROPILOT
& LEAR RADIOFONE

Dunno whether that helps with the P-47M.

that would make perfect sense.

The "L" and the ampersand match what I could see in the closeup photo.
(Not a "6", its and ampersand!)

Thanks again, I will add that.

Heres another offer for you guys...
would anyone like to build this plane before I release the kit?

Its always nice to have some photos of the actual model for the store listing.
I was planning on throwing together the fuselage quickly.
I really don't have time to build the whole kit.

But if someone is looking for something to build right now
...I have a kit with your name on it!

I'm afraid that I wouldn't do it justice...

It's actually a nice diversion from a long day sometimes. Something else to think about.

Sorry, Dave, as much as I like P-47 Thunderbolts, after hours work from the normal day job, has me to busy to even touch Lucky right now.

Another 4-plex drawing needs created...It pays well!

Mike

Not a problem Mike...post something when you get to it.

In the meantime, I did a quick fuselage build of the Reynolds YP-47M.
Everything looks good.
Just making some final tweaks and the model should be ready to go real soon.
