Try it!

John reduced the printout to 50% or 25%...depending on his interpretation of x4 shrink.
Looks closer to 25% to me.

Give it a go yourself.
Some models are fun to build very small.
Others can be a real nightmare.
Its Halloween...go for the nightmare!

To achieve he 1/4 size print out I first use the Gimp to change the .pdf file into a .jpg file. I then put four of these .jpg files into a folder ... select all four ... then select print. The Print driver page can then adjusted to print four to a page. I've found it best to untick the 'fit to page' option. So I end up with four Koolwheelz models on one A4 sheet. It is often preferable to print these minis on normal paper rather than card, but in this case I did use card, and it worked out well.

Mostly I print a full size A4 model as well, so that I can make that up at the same time. For each step made with the larger model, once I've got it right I repeat the action on the miniature. Having nerve damaged fingertips, I need to use tweezers and surgical clamps to build the bigger model anyway, so the practiced movements and angles are repeated on the mini. Using a magnifying head-set in order to see the tiny tabs.

Four to a page .... yep you guessed it. There's three more mini Koolwheelz on my pile awaiting.

Just a reminder...
as I already posted, there will be no more of these October models released
...I'll save them for November

...so I guess we'll have to call them November releases!

But to wrap up the month, I have a special KoolWheelz Halloween Edition
and I will release that tomorrow (Monday).

A number of other great Halloween models have already been released by other designers,
make sure you look around to find them.

Super cool ... Straight to the top of the pile. Milk bottle move over ... I'll come back to you later. The T-bird would have gone to the top of the pile anyway, but the added boost of Milady Macabre clinched the deal.

I love how Elvira's car looks, and she wasn't too bad either. I would be printing, and building it right now, but my printer went down. It will not recognize the black ink cartridge.

Looks good so far, Dave.

I printed it out, but am focusing on trying to get ready for the IPMC in three days, so might not get mine built until next week (although I hope to have a small display of Koolwheelz at my table).

Great looking Elvira T-bird, Dave. Just when my printer has run out of black ink!

Question - Dave, which Koolwheelz model is is your favourite, and why ?
