Not a "van"
A "van" is a solid cargo body attached to a drivers compartment...with NO windows! That is a "Bus" Its a Bus because it is a purpose built body attached to a truck chassis. A bus can be a car, van or truck...but its designed to carry more than 7 passengers. I also believe a "bus" is required to have at least two full size entry/exits and passengers can stand upright. Technically, that particular Bus doesn't have any "stripes" since those black things are "bumper guards". Re: this round... so it seems we are gonna be real picky now. If we're gonna get real technical, the vehicle in question started out as a Van...but now its not. So, I amend the question "is it a van" ...answer: NO I was just trying to keep it simple. No...its not a Van.
