Yeah, I know I'm late to the party, but that's my luck. Just FYI, the chain rack is commonly called a headache rack (It's true purpose is to prevent flatbed loads from penetrating the cab during a sudden hard stop (as in collision).
And in trucks with a fixed fifth wheel (look at the rails on the bottom of the fifth wheel; short rails equal fixed), it's usually placed centered between the drive axles. |

I was just staring at that pic of Optimus Prime (figure-above) There is no way in transformerland that all that stuff fits into that Truck shape! lol There are enough bits for Optimus, his wife and their three robot dogs!! Astro, Astron and Asbone.
