It must have been a transient glitch. The Johnnycab was available this morning, and here it is:

Another KoolWheelz model...and another of my own personal cars.
I loved this car! My 1985 Audi GT Coupe. In 1987 I was at the Auto Dealers Auction looking for a "new" car. We bought and sold many cars and sometimes we shopped for ourselves. This time I spotted (for the very first time) an 1985 Audi GT Coupe. I knew Audi fairly well already, 4000s and 5000s were good sellers at that time. But I had never seen an Audi GT until that moment. It still had time left on its Audi Card and was in immaculate condition. So I paid almost $8k for it...it was book valued at that time at about $11k. I wasn't totally thrilled with the colour...it was a dark metallic gray, but to me, it seemed to have a slight greenish hue. And the Interior was deep brown...I didn't like that either. LOL but you take what you get! The Audi Coupe was like the sport version of the Audi 4000. Same long chassis...same 5 cyl inline motor...and front wheel drive...only a bit shorter body and sporty 2 door fastback. It was basically the detuned version of the Sport Quattro and highly successful Quattro Rally race car. The GT Coupe had no Turbo and Intercooler...and no fender flares. But it cruised at 70, 80, 90 mph with ease...and faster....a great highway car. And peppy and nimble in the city too! Its was dead quiet...soundproof...made yours ears pop when you shut the doors too fast. Everything worked well in the car and it had the most comfortable seats. Very roomy inside and a very large Boot for a sports car! Three of us drove to Florida for two weeks...every bit of our luggage fit into the Boot leaving a spacious four seat interior.. I just loved this car, and if I had not been struggling with new House payments, I would have kept and fixed the car. Of all the cars that I have owned, I'd like to say its the "best car" I ever owned...but thats a big commitment. I will say it only broke down once. I had to scrap the car about 1991 when the Gear Box broke on the highway one day. The car had about 360,000 kilometres on it at that point. I would definitely say it was the most comfortable and enjoyable car to drive (that I ever owned). And I really loved the styling. It was the last car I owned before I got married for the second time. Boy...I really wish that car had lasted. And thats why I decided to add it to my KoolWheelz collection. I even tried to reproduce the original paint colour...I think its close. I hope you like it. Find the model in the Specialz section of my website.

Reminds me of my friends Fiero. If he didn't pay attention he would find the car doing 80 or 90 without him meaning to. The only real problem he had with the car was heat build-up in the engine compartment. He was constantly rewiring the engine bay because the heat melted the wiring. Unfortunately, it was his Dream Car.

This is the one I've been waiting for.
Almost bought a 2011 Audi A4 with standard transmission last fall, but decided to have an engine overhaul and put green tape over the hole in the rear quarter panel of my 17-year-old Subaru Forester. Don |

I don't think I want to drive a manual transmission anymore,
especially in such a comfort car as an Audi... but I definitely would have chosen the Audi over the old Subaru. lol I'm sure your Subaru is a fine car...but its not an Audi. My 2008 Buick is lovely to drive...but the computer glitches are driving me nuts. Door locks, Fuel Cap, Check Engine light, etc I definitely will consider a used Audi for my next car!
