I've got 20 separate posts by this guy Vladimir on my facebook too.
I assume its the same paperman49

He keeps repeating 'file not found" or "I cant download".

He won't tell me what file or say anything else.

I am going to start deleting his posts and blocking him (if I see another of the same comment).

Follow-up....now this guy Vladimir has sent me a private email.
I guess that means he accessed my website.
I'm still assuming paperman49 in this thread is the same guy?

Once again, hes claiming to have some trouble downloading Koolwheelz models
stating that the "files are not there and need to be re-installed".

Unfortunately he is still not being specific about which model(s) he can't download.
Maybe all of them? I have no idea.

Fact is, I have found no issues with any files on my site...all links are there as far as I know.
Yes, I've actually tested a few as a public site visitor...but I'm not going to try all 200+ links!

If you have problems downloading files, accessing websites and webpages, visiting the forums, etc
you need to first eliminate your own problems.
Reboot your system...clear your browser cache...try a different browser...get better internet (lol)

If you are attempting to do any of this from work, be aware that Office computers often
have all kinds of blocks and firewalls in place that prohibit certain non-job related online activities.

Other than that, I can't help unless you give me a specific link that doesn't work and you've exhausted the potential solutions at your end.

I find people are the same everywhere. 'Not working' is not helpful. If they are having a problem with something, please say what you were doing that did not work. And people at the companies I work with are the same way. 'Suitability incorrect' does not tell you a blasted thing about what is incorrect.

FWIW... Last night I downloaded your Japanese Flags WW 2 file user using my Tablet with absolutely zero issues. In fact, I have never had any issues downloading a model from your site.

Occasionally a file link is eliminated when I move things around,
and I forget to put it back in place...or update a file at the host server.
But its rare, and I usually get told about it fairly quickly.

While releasing the current Original 16 models, I would be immediately bombarded with facebook comments if a download didn't work! lol

But, as I said, download issues are often at your end, not mine...
and if you aren't clear in exactly what file doesn't work for you, then I can't help you.

Hello! Alas, I exhausted all the possibilities, but I could not download these models. Apparently some blockages interfere.
Can I get these models in my mail.

I don't send them out that way...once I start, others would ask for the same thing!

As Vermin says, can you download ANY of the models?
Have you tried on a different browser?...or a different system?
PC? Phone? Tablet?
