Hi Phil, Please could I ask If I could get a copy of the Porter model without colour just lines? I am struggling to enlarge It by 200% as It would use up a ton of black ink.

Sincerely

Tom
Sure thing Tom! ... I only had my cellphone with me at the time, my girlfriend has a nice 7 Megapixel camera we can use... She dragged me to go see "27 Dresses", so I was really excited to see Wall-E there. I'll have to pick out a muy-mas-macho film to go to next

I also found some on Flickr:

There is a new preview out for Wall-E ... if you haven't seen it yet, it features the other robots and we finally get to see what EVE looks like

This movie looks like it will be pretty impressive, even the probe ship looks outstanding. Making it out of paper looks like it'll be a real challenge for anyone (lots of curves!). Unfortunately the "build-a-bot" still does not work on the main website. Though you can buy interesting "swag" from the Buy-N-Large "fake" website. :D

Sorry not to get too far off topic here, but this is kind of along the same lines....has anyone seen a model of the little stove robot from Wallace and Gromit's Grand Day out - 'ya know the little guy on the moon who loves to ski?

Phil - I think this would be a cracking design project for you - someone to keep Rosie company.:D

Phil,
I was ready to "jump" and did. After looking at your rescaled (a.k.a. crazy as monkeys playing ice hockey) models, I've decided your crazy. I would barely be able to see the parts, let alone glue them to anything. It's just absolutely amazing

You've decided I'm crazy?
You have chosen wisely!
Now, let's pause for a moment and apologise to goney3 for hijacking his thread...

After a more careful study of this guy, I decided that it may be way beyond my capabilities right now.
I would still give it a try after the dvd comes out, but if Rick (webdude) was interested (or any other accomplished genius designer) I would step back.

This model should really be treated with a level of professionalism I have not yet reached.
