Looks like an interesting design, and could probably work quite nicely, but doesn't fit the lineage with a NCC-1701-F registry. It looks more like a Constitution Refit kitbashed with an Excelsior class. Maybe something in the NCC-22XX or -3XXX range?

Even if nobody jumps on a design, you should be able to do most of it by combining either Shunichi's 1701-A with Jaybat's Excelsior or for a bigger challenge/more detailed model, Rawen's 1701-A with Clever's Excelsior/1701-B.

We'd love to see the results!

There's currently a competition to design the canonical Enterprise F to be used for the Star Trek online game.
