The only other option, likely not a timely one, is the Alan Rose Empire State Building kit. You can get it through Amazon even though it's out of print. It, too, builds into a rather large model.

ooops. ooops. ooops. ooops. Didn't see that one - sorry Agreed, best skyscraper models out there. Wish the creator of that website had continued it, particularly as that website got me into paper modelling to start with
