yes, same size, 6'4" wingspan (or thereabouts)

as I illustrated in my Hercules thread, it would be around 1:21 scale
as opposed to the DC3 at 1:14 scale

That sounds at least practical. I might build it for the local VFW or the EAA museum. It would depend on the price.

I agree with Sakrison. I'd also prefer seeing more variants of the DC-3 rather than an over-sized C-130.

excellent feedback!

nice to see such varied numbers and such a high degree of interest in this idea.
I think the results are what I would have anticipated.
This would be a niche interest, not something that I am going to get a lot of sales from...regardless of store price.

Thanks Herky for posing this question.
The results don't really make me want to do the kit...at least not right now.
But based on responses, I will definitely keep the idea on the to-do list.

hey im happy if you keep it on back burner for sometime in future.as i said i do have the flymodel 1;33 scale to build at sometime but thats a very complicated model whereas and please dont take this the wrong way i find your models relatively simple to build while at the same time looking impressive when completed.
