Never heard of MAFFS until now. Googled a couple of interesting articles about it. By all means, do the MAFFS.

Colorado Springs, Colorado (south of me) got to experience first-hand the beauty of MAFFS-equipped aircraft three years ago.

I think we had aircraft from both the Colorado and Wyoming Air Guard units.

Well, if you are doing a C-130, I hope you do an "oddball" herk. Here's the MC-130E set up with the Fulton Recovery System.
