I'm not sure anyone who flew in a B170 would want to remember the aircraft - the propeller tips were a matter of inches away from the fuselage and the whole thing vibrated incessantly in flight as well as being effing cold and noisy.

I have recently read a paper about Félicette, the first cat launched into space on October 18, 1963. Interestingly, the cats selected for the space flight (Félicette included) were transported to the Hammaguir area aboard a Bristol 170 Freighter.
I would surely like to see one designed in French livery (Scissors and Planes style kit maybe).
