Megaphone?

Hi Everyone,
Does anyone know where I can find a paper megaphone?

I have been recently drafted as my friends softball team mascot and need something to help me project my voice. Naturally I thought I would turn to paper for help... but it doesn't seem the "old style" megaphones are around anymore.

Any suggestions?

Try stealing a traffic cone.

If not that, a megaphone is basically a frustum of a cone.
GreMir Models has a program called Siatki 1.0.1 that will generate a flat template for a frustum of a cone. You'll have to upscale the output template to the size you want since the maximum diameter is 200mm, and add handels if you want them.

If you don't want handels, might I suggest some mozarts or bachs instead. :o :p

Traffic cones are kind of heavy but would make a good plug for a paper mache mold.

I googled "cheerleader supplies" and the first hit I looked at had megaphones and photos of megaphones. Should help with shape and proportions.
