RN River Gunboats

Would love to see a Royal Navy Gunboat, like some of the ones featured here. No disrespect to the USS Panay, but I'd like to see the RN boats.

(Yeah, I know...my current Douglas Reeman kick is showing...)

That would be interesting as are the other RN vessels on that site.

Yeah, quite a neat array. The only Gunboat I really knew of was the Panay, but while reading Send a Gunboat I learned about some of the RN contemporaries on "The China Station".

Yes, McHale, I now see that he did USS San Pablo. Might be worth exploring just for larfs.
