wichita 2013
Here is an update. having obtained the references and more important the drive to start again the Wichita project is back on. I had to start over to try and overcome the slight shortcomings of the hosho design. ie jagged lines on some of the fiddly parts. here is a small teaser to the design thread coming up...

I look forward to seeing Wichita develop. Love treaty cruisers, and Wichita was a real transition ship: an 8-inch gunned Brooklyn and pre-cursor of the post-treaty, Two-Ocean Navy fleet Cleveland heavy cruisers.
