MJ-1 Jammer (bomb lift truck)
I was inspired by Lachezar´s model of the MHU-83 Munitions Lift Truck to start work on an MJ-1 Jammer.
I am designing this model for DGA´s standard 1:48 scale. I was a weapons loading troop stationed at Bitburg West Germany during the middle 1970´s and this piece of equipment was what we commonly used. |

I just finished design this MJ-1B bomb loader which you can see it in my Mcdonnell Douglas A-4m Isreali air force skyhawk.
It is a wonderful equipment when it sit beside a model, but you just told me that you enjoy 1/48. I have to say "OMG"

Is this going to get released? I knew someone was working on it... I saw a picture of one carrying a Mk 84 bomb, which started the search

Is this still a working project? I photographed one last weekend at the military museum at Whittier Narrows in southern Cal. Cool piece of equipment.

I have been distracted by other things in my life of late and have not benn working on models. I do still intend to complete the Jammer, but I cannot say when. If anyone wishes to pick up the pace of this project, I would be willing to share

No problem, just wondering if it was still floating around for someday. I've got more then enough to keep me busy for several years as is.
