War rig WIP

Hi... I would like to share some pictures on my most recent design in progress.
I watched the movie mad max fury road and I fell in love with the design of the war rig. the final model will be roughly 1/20 scale

I made the 3d model from scratch using all the images I could find. obviously the design is made from the ground up as a paper model so it's "easy" to build, while incorporating all the detail possible. I will try to eventually model the interior, but for now I'm focusing on getting the outside model correct. I was able to include movable hatch for the floor as well as the roof of the vehicle. also I will try to get the doors to open. The pictures are of the first prototype. The plan is to design the whole tanker as well but because of size I will debate it for a while. The model is not textured as I will try to add weathering to the vehicle so it matches the one in the movie. On the wish list I will try for it to have rolling wheels. also I wanted to design a simple engine for the model but I haven't found good reference for it.

This is what I have so far...

Well... let me know what you think.. I will be posting pictures as I make them. obviously being a prototype the build is going very slow as I'm making updates as necessary.

Stunning work so far. You're not only a talented designer and builder, but a painter as well. Way more than I have.
