Bell X-1E in 1/32 or 1/33. Only early X-plane not available in paper or plastic.

Bit out there but would love to see a model of hmas albatross. Australia's only home grown aircraft carrier ( yeah i know, seaplane tender would be more accurate but doesn't sound as grand!).

More satellites...

I would love to see more satellite designs as well as more detailed space probe designs. I've standardized on 1:24th size.

Current Satellites:
  • Tracking and Data Relay Satellites (TDRS) hugely responsible for supporting global communication with the ISS and supporting current and future spaceflight. Also a critical link in the Deep Space Network. I'm mostly interested in the third generation of TDRS satellites.

Classic/Historical Satellites:
  • Telstar, (1 and 2 which are identical) which were the first satellites to successfully relayed the first live transatlantic television feed.

More Detailed and Accurate Robotic Space Probes:
  • New Horizons: The current model is incredibly basic, but a good base from which to start.
  • MESSENGER: The current model is detailed, but the colors are geared toward education vs. realism and the fuel tanks aren't round/oval.

I'll put in my usual request for more veteran and vintage cars, trucks, tractors and steam traction. With the WW1 memorials going on some military trucks from the period would be excellent.

Keep asking for a USS Terrebonne Parish (LST-1156) class ship. Have NOT seen one designed in paper. Have seen most of the previous posts else where so they are available.
