Hi Sharunas,
Yup - I'm on board ship now - and for the next 5 weeks. All settled in, tools in top drawer and Canberra hull placed vertically in a locker ready for next step.
And thank you for posting the pic of the front of the accomodation on Michelangelo, you've really got the structural shape very well!
Amazing how you do this - I guess theres some kind of CAD program for it?
Regards,
Alan

What a symbolism to build a ship model being on a ship
And You welcome Alan, it is always nice someone is interested.

I use Rhino3D cad, like most of paper model designers.

Hello Sharunas!
I am just dropping by to show interest & encouragement with the amazing Michelangelo project!
I am quite sure it’s time consuming so wanted to let you know I and am sure many others will be happy when you have time to complete it.
Hope all is well with you in these strange times!
Regards,
Alan

Thank you Colegues for positive replies and encouragement!
Unfortunately the project is still on hold, instead of model building during my free time, I'm painting walls, connecting outlets, sockets and ect...

But determined to finish Michelangelo for sure.

some bulkheads were done, but more to come.
Hull bulkheads due to damp air became a bit wavy, but after the air dries it usually comes back.

Hi colleagues!

after long long pause returning with some updates regarding Michelangelo.
Superstructure is now glued on hull, made some progression with bulkheads.
Simultaneously working on instruction as-well.
