Hello gents,

The shape got corrected.

Now I just need some time to draw the side window curvature.

Kind regards

Hello gents,

Crew C37 & Pete - thank you for your kind words and support!

Last night I managed to finish the front bit of the cabine cover and here is how it looks.
(I hope this is the final version)

Next I need to go back to the exhaust part and the wing placement contour.

Now than, I will be very much tempted to put all of them bloody things all together!

Just two day of furlough left, so let's see how it's going to pan out.

Kind regards

Cybermac

...glue it!

Hello gents,

Pete & Gary - thank you gents for you kind words of support!

I just managed to draw the contour for the canopy on the fuselage and some attachment points for the wing.
The connection between fuselage and wing will be a separate job.

For now the plan is to put together what is printed to make a front+central parts of the fuselage.

So whenever time allows - do it and glue it!

Kind regards

Cybermac

Mac, even though this will be a test build...use the best card stock you can get, it will certainly help your design and build process. Cheap card won't give you a true result of all your hard work. Those formers/bulkheads will be good and stiff and won't let you down. Good luck, can't wait to see these bad boys come to fruition....keep at it Mac

Hello gents,

Pete - I still have got some good quality cardboard. Also, I have got some 'silvered cardstock' in my stash which I believe may come quite handy for a F-86 Sabre

Please see below the first couple of segments already assembled. The fit is good so far.

Kind regards

Cybermac
