Definitely a Bristol Brabazon. All British 1940s airliners are always welcome!

I'll go along with Brabazon also but it could almost pass as a Republic XF-12 (F as in Photo, not Fighter) "Rainbow." The XF-12 was the fastest four engine pure piston powered aircraft of its day, exceeding 450 mph in level flight. Politics and peacetime doomed the beautiful bird.

I agree, Ron, and an XF-12 would also be nice to see. I think the Brabazon give away is the wings buried in the wings.

Are you going to design the Brabazon so that it can be printed on metallic paper? Also, what scale will it be? Personally, I like 'em big and sassy!

I'd love to see this in a version that is upwardsly scalable to at least 1/72...and followed by the Saro Princess... |
