600 dpi, but before that, I didn't even notice any functions for changing the resolution. The creator did it for me, and it came out perfect, now that I tampered with it, I'm not sure anymore..

one thing to keep in mind is the resolution of the textures. if you use a lower res texture, the higher you set the dpi the more prominant the pixilation.

PDF printing, in my case using Acrobat, is very depending on Pepakura.

High res output from Pepa using BMP setting is usually looking quite nice
Even the crisp setting, using Vector gives good result, but usually depends on the used textures.
