you need a program that handles and compiles PDF files.

Acrobat is the original

but there are other PDF handlers, and some "free" shareware type programs.

Look for a program (on Google?) that can "join PDFs into one file"

you can also add the PDF plugin to Photoshop and create the PDFs from there.
If your file is a multi page file (as opposed to separate page files) then you will be able to save it as a multi page PDF.

Jeff:

I've had a lot of success with PDFill, a free set of tools for manipulating PDF files. With it, you can convert PNG to PDF (useful when changing images to PDF files) you can take a multipage PDF and break it down into individual pages, and you can also reintegrate separate pages into one PDF file.

You can find it here:
PD Fill Editor

Hope this helps!

What version of Photoshop do you have?
If you have Elements, then you will need an add on.

But if you have Photoshop CS, CS2, CS3 or CS4, the option to print to Adobe PDF is already available in the printer selection dropdown box. I have CS4 and can merge them that way.
