How to make accurate alignment for camouflage in Inkscape

Hello Everyone, I've been doing some small recolors here and there, and I'm planning to do a recolor of an F-4C phantom in the Europe 1 camo scheme. I need help recoloring the Phantom in a camo scheme because I haven't done any multi-tone camo schemes yet. If anyone could help me with alinging the camo that would be great. So I do know how to get the codes, I just need help with the alignment, Please.

What program are you using? Giving us some basic information helps with the instructions
you might get. Different programs have different functions. Some are universal, but each
program has its differences.
