When I made a model of the SS Minnow for a friend's son (to go with his Gilligan's Island standees) I took a police boat jpg I found on the net, took off all the police markings and then rescaled a cabin from a different boat that was close. You might pull up one of those police or coast guard boats, study it a bit and build it, and I know you'd be able to design a pointy prow. If you want to, that is
