I agree, both models are superbly done, clearly deserving of all the compliments, and would quite easily be a prime exhibit in any maritime museum.

I just wish i had some more spare time, so i could post more about the building processes here... Maybe, in the future...
And concerning a museum display: I plan to show this diorama at the weekend 27.04.-29.04.2012 in Bremerhaven's Schifffahrtsmuseum, Germany.

Magnificent work! Thank you. I use paper only where it is best suited in the construction of a wood model. Still, seeing work like yours makes me wonder about wood. I have taken the liberty of saving your page to my reference file. I hope you do not mind and thank you again.

Great model Lars and big one too. Congratulations on an exquisite build. Somehow I missed this one when you posted it. I still remember (and frequently return to it) your wonderfull harbour diorama too.
