Excellent construction work, Tappi! I enjoyed the detailed photos.

Andrew, those are beautiful models! I especially admire the graphics work.

Can't wait to see these all tied together with a base!

These models look really good, could be tempted to build one of the farmhouses.

Thanks Art Deco. I'm sketching the base/bases at the moment. I have an idea that instead of one base I make three A4 size sceneries that could be presented solo or together. One presenting the country pub and it's environment, second showing let's say auto parts and repair shop on an old farm building setup and the third presenting 18th century croft (nowadays as a folk museum and village heritage sight). :-D Lot's of different storyboard possibilities here. Any comments?

NH78 - go ahead and build one. I'm sure you'll enjoy it.

Tappi, not a good idea, I thought people could add their own stones and use cotton threads for the rope net. My printed version is for those who want a simple model.

I see you now want a gas station! Well yes, for the mid 20th century highlands that would again be single storey, with a side double door shed, like a converted village shop. The gas pumps would be two at most, and very old fashioned. This isn't so much a croft as highland city!

Actually my Cornish shop would be ideal for a highland setting, I've attached an image...but I've yet to complete that model. Am beginning to think all you people are gonna work me to death!

Thank you everyone for your appreciation, it really does help me to do more

My model building is on hold for a couple of weeks as I'm ordering a laser printer. I don't want any more ink jet printed models to fade.

A little question, will these buildings suitable for Normandy themed diorama?
I've been planning one but haven't found any suitable building
Thanks very much in advance

Raja, I take it you mean WW2. I haven't found any strictly OO scale Normandy buildings either, apart from bunkers and such, but I've seen several in the slightly smaller war game scale (I can't remember the scale?). I really have little idea about French architecture, although it is said to be very similar to rural buildings in the UK south west, so my above shop and the stone barn would be ok.
