Something For Her

I needed an anniversary gift for my wife which would double as a thank you for patiently allowing me to monopolies the computer to scour the net for paper models.

My original idea was supposed to be small, since this was my first attempt at a kit-bash, scratch build. But the idea kept growing. I’m putting the final touches on it now and will post the image in a day or so. Here is the progress so far. In the end, I believe the 30 hours of design and assembly was worth it.

I titled it, “4EVER YOURS.”

I am honestly tickled with the finished diorama. I unintentionally set the bar very high indeed. I penned a very personal note on the back of the backdrop. She was teary-eyed upon its reveal.

I will attempt to format the parts for those of you who are also romantics can create your own "thank you" paper model for someone special.
