By coincidence, I just finished re-reading John Toland, Battle: The Story of the Bulge, and Gregory Fontenot, Loss and Redemption at St. Vith: The 7th Armored Division in the Battle of the Bulge. Your Tiger in its wintry Ardennes setting provides a great visual for that epic story. Don |

How interesting. From the suspension to the turret bustle, the model obviously represents an American design; I suppose the movie used surplus American tanks and didn't care to disguise them as King Tigers.
