with the right lighting, this could make for some very interesting photos!

try some evening shots, with some indirect lighting maybe?

Actually, these were shot around 7pm in the middle of the woods.

I guess I am suggesting twilight or night light then...just a thought,
to add some mood/ambience.

Some smoke/mist wouldn't hurt either.
