I loved the live action movie. They were spot on in the choice of actor + makeup for Capt. Okita (Capt. Avatar)!
I had goose bumps watching the sequence when Capt. Okita yelled, "YAMATO, HASSHIN!" The actor for Sanada (Sandor) also looked spot on. |

First off I wanted to say how cool it is to finally see a non-EDF/Yamato model. Secondly and more importantly I was hoping someone could help me with a problem I've been having with Pepakura. I can open this model just fine in Viewer, but if I try to load it in Designer, it goes into an endless loop of open; close; open; close; open; close;..... and the only way I've been able to stop it so far has been to reboot the system. I only experience this glitch on a few select PDOs and only in Designer. I've tried re-installing Designer numerous times to no effect. Has anybody else had a similar experience and/or knows of a remedy?

Hi,
You won't be able to open that PDO file in Pepakura designer directly. I saved the PDO with the properties that will only allow it to be opened under Pepakura Viewer. On my system, if I try to open that specific file under Pepakura Designer, it will launch Pepakura Viewer instead. It's possible that a glitch may have occurred when Pepakura Designer tried to launch Pepakura Viewer. |

I see. So instead of telling me that this is a Viewer-only file Designer goes into epileptic shock. Cute.

a) If you don't have the viewer installed, pepakura designer should display a message prompting you for the path where the pepakura viewer is installed. b) If you have the viewer installed, pepakura designer will launch the viewer and pass on the PDO to it. It does appear to be a very annoying bug though. You may want to raise a support ticket with Tamasoft. |
