Advice on contacting Fiddler's Green

Mac has the same two options...
an installed Mail app/software that retrieves your mail for you and stores/displays it for you
or
you access the Internet, go directly to the mail server (Gmail, whatever) and you look at your mail there.

Either way, you need to go to the mail server online and check your account there.
Check the Spam and Trash folders.

I used my gmail and I finally got my account created!
Had one last trouble to go through. I had to add a dummy letter to my last name, else it would complain there was already an account with my name (the one I never could verify...)
All good now! Thanks again!

I actually got contacted by Scott (this email). He was very kind explaining why I never got my email, not even in my spam. The email domain I used, although common for Mac users, wasn't whitelisted. That's why moving to a gmail account worked afterwards.
Now all is good.
