Advice on contacting Fiddler's Green

Good evening. I've been trying to renew my membership with FG for several days without success. My old password is no longer valid and when I give my email address and ask for a change password email I never receive one. The members software seems to recognize my email address, but I never get a response to a password request and I cannot find an email address or any other way for people who are not members to contact the folks running the site. Any advice on how I could get in touch with them would be gladly received. Thanks!!

The same happened to me. I retried 3 times and had to abandon. No mail was ever sent to me.

Happened to me, too. Luckily I had bought their old CD's so I have the files I bought.

Funny....I haven't been to FG in some time...many years... so I decided to check my account.

I have no clue what my password is (lol) so I just clicked on Forgot My Password.
Then entered my email address
(which must be the same one as you originally used to create your account!)

Within seconds, I got an email with a password reset.
Actually, I got an email saying that FG had reset my password to "pXXXXXr"
and that I should log in using this new password,
and then change my password again from within my account.

If you did not use the correct email (as in your account) then you will never receive the reset password email.

Or, check spam folders (at your email server) for FG mail?
...make sure to unspam FG mail.

But, the FG system is working properly.

The problem for me is that my account was never verified, because I never got the confirmation email. So I can’t either reset my password.
I tried creating another account with my wife’s email and never got the confirmation email either.
That’s why I’m stuck.

lets check into this...I just registered a new account at FG
Filled in only the required info, using a different email account (that I use regularly).

lets see if I get the verification email or not.
if I do...it means we are back to the idea of your mail not coming through...
and thats usually because your server is filtering your mail.

may I ask...how you check your mail?
do you go online, and directly to your server...or...do you have a mail program on your computer that goes and retrieves your mail for you?

okay....just got the follow-up email from FG, before finishing this post...so, that took 2-3 minutes.
So FG's system is working properly.

And I can see why this email might get caught in a spam filter.
Its got varying text size/formatting.
Its got a url link in it, and an email address in the copy.

Go directly to your Mail server and check the Spam folders there.
Hopefully they haven't been automatically emptied, and you might find the FG mail in there.
Just move it to your Inbox folder.

I usually check with my local email app. I’m on a Mac by the way. Don’t know if that can be an issue.
I will check with a gmail account and check the email directly in the web.
