Finished the torso. I left the bottom two strips unglued because I am not sure how the leg assembly will fit to the torso. I just want to be able to make adjustments to the fit if necessary.
 Here is the top half of the head...sort of looks like Elvis to me...

the bottom two parts you mentioned are the front of the jacket and they stay open.
the legs get connected to the torso at the belt line Rick
