Janx, yeah we should give the download section a boost with these

MS, I use mostly White Elmers Glue applied with a toothpick. I had posted several tips on the VF-1 thread over at zealot but I can't go copy the post now :P

AM, thanks and Janx will handle the uploads as I am still a dial up user :P

Key thing here is patience. I have waited since the cartoon has been around for an acceptable model of a VF fighter and it came.

All right, G, I'm not at all a fan of modeling giant robots but this is very fine. A bird chirped in my ear and told me to get off my a$$ (ass that is) and check it out. Good modeling and good execution. Thanks for dragging this along over with you. Very nice.

Glad you stopped by here :D A compliment from you means a lot. I've admired a lot of your work back on the other forum. Hee hee you should at least download the file I put up and take a look at it

You could always just build it in Fighter mode :D

Looks like the admin. approved the file in the download section so the 1st installment is up. Only like 30 more to go plus accessories :P

Hello All,

Janx has got the Battroid armor to a sate of testing so I built a VF-1J Hikaru type for the armor testing. I had hoped to get started on the armor parts tonight but the Battroid took a bit longer than I hoped it would. Here are a couple shots of the Battroid. Still needs hands but that won't halt the armor so I'll be on that 1st thing in the morning :D

This is the 1st non proto Battroid I've built so far.
