Hello All,

Got a lot built today. I need to finish the cockpit and detail parts. Didn't have a chance to go through the pix and formulate the instructional text yet so here's a couple shots of the build as is so far. Note the cockpit and nose are not glued as they are still under construction. Also note the bottom cockpit section is not there in the shot :P

I may just finish up the build before the tutorial as I can get it done faster that way. No worries though it won't take me long to wrap it up

Writing the tutorial may take longer :P There's a lot of pix.

Doing this tutorial for the D was a good start as it has the most tricky sections as compared to the A,J,S models. The rear seat causes for a lot more fitting steps than the single seaters.

MS, she'll have the GU-11 and Rick/Hikaru in the pilot's seat to be accurate to the 1st episode. No missiles and no rear operator.

Steve0, oh just you wait. There is another subject that we haven't permission to tell you bout just yet :P

Minmay, hmmmmmmmm I know a glob of red paint in the hand of Gerwalk mode. Yeah yeah that's it :D Oh wait a munite that would be my version of Macross :P

Hello All,

I took a few days to heal from an eye injury I got bout a week and a half ago. I had something fly out from under a lawn mower and hit a tree. It bounced off and struck my open left eye. It took a while to get the grit out and I had some scratches to but nothing serious. It was hard to try and model when your eyes aren't focusing right so I stayed off the desk and the PC.

Now that it's doing better I'm back on it and here's a few shots of the cockpit and pilot. After wrapping up the cockpit I can button up the rest and get on the mountain of build pix I took :P

Well despite the fact I can't stand Minmay she played a key role in the survival of Earth :P

Hey, if you tried to contact them and they didn't reply it means they didn't sat no. Of course I am not a lawyer so I would just do it, a lawyers probably don't make paper models and are oblivious to out little piece of paradise.
