well thnx guys after reading the comments and knowing that poster boards are 2mm i did find an A3 sheet of it from a calendar (yeah we use poster boards for calendars) i expect to have another 2 sheets by the end of the year (not needed calendars) however i tried cutting through it and it's going to take a looooong time cutting through this thing i'm using it for the skeleton of the bwp it needs 2mm card for it

thnx guys for the help

i'll upload pictures of it so that you can tell if it's the right thing or not

I was recently thinking the same thing...

And, many may think it's crazy: But, I was thinking of using a Dremel tool with small circular saw attachment (to cut out the square shapes in any case). The small and/or complex curves will still require a good hobby blade.

Just my $0.02!
