Kit for a Beginner
Hi all! I'm new to the ship building world and have a great interest in card models because of their uniqueness and my student budget. My main interest is in civil/commerical ships, so which card kit of a cargo/tanker vessel would you recommend for a beginner? All advice is greatly appreciated!

Welcome, Galo!
The Papershipwright David Hathaway has ships, barges and harbour related models here: Free Downloads | Paper Shipwright If you're interested in pre-printed models for beginners, I'd suggest www.papermod.com + www.mdk-verlag.de ... but these have to be payed for. Also look up rocketmantan in the community search. He has some ships that would probably fit the bill.
